The other day my girl Jules over at Life On A Hanger made me my very own doodle. How cool is this?!?!
Thanks Jules – I love it!
I struggle at drawing stickman (seriously), so I find swirly fancy doodles VERY impressive.
May I present . . . Exhibit A
This is a drawing I did of Jules. Yes, I realize it looks like Cousin Itt from The Addams Family. But she has privacy issues and never shows her beautiful face, which is why I drew her facing backwards. And of course she’s holding a hanger, because her blog is “Life On A Hanger”. Get it?
I acknowledge that I’m artistically challenged. It’s just one of my many shortcomings.
But now the question is – how do I best utilize my personalized doodle from Jules??? Of course I just knew that my very clever Bloggies would have some ingenious ideas.
So far, I’ve already considered;
- a tattoo
- pillow cover
- t-shirt
- vehicle wrap
- custom wallpaper
C’mon kids – what else could I do with my cool “The Only Girl” doodle???

- an alternative bloggy button
- a notebook cover
- trace it many many times until you are able to replicate it your self and pass it off as your own work
- some business cards
- etch it into your mirror or window
- get a bulk order of temp tatoos and send them all to your lovely followers
- some of those butt shorts or whatever they call them, with the logo across the bum
Now I must do some work! Have a great Friday and weekend,
Jade

If I were Jules I’d so be using your stickman as a button…..

A custom made stamp? You know, for a handmade card or something.
I like your stick figure, I bet you’re good at Pictionary.

Make a beer coozie out of it?

Hey – i like the tattoo idea! Man, I am SO BAD at freehand drawing stuff like that, which really bugs me. Why can’t i be good at that? The only thing I could ever draw was Garfield. And only because my boyfriend in 5th grade taught me how and I’ve never ever forgotten.

I definitely see the potential through Iron-On transfers
Also, maybe a magnet? I bet you could totally make a living off of stick figure magnets. They can be like the ones from the college days with all the little phrases, only you could make different scenarios. OR. I don’t know how big the car family decals are anywhere else but every SUV-driving family has them here, be it turtles, disney characters, you name it. I could totally see your stick figures instead. Now my brains exhausted…must work.

I think it definitely needs to be on a mug and a hat.
Loves it.
I love the vehicle wrap idea! Could you imagine your car wrapped up in that lovely piece of artwork?

I like the t-shirt idea and the wallpaper but also a bumper sticker?

I think you should probably put it on a throw rug.

Stamp tramp, all the way.

You could bedazzle it on a t-shirt.

I like the t-shirt idea.
Or maybe a tattoo.. with the hook of the coathanger going into the mouth or coming out of the nose or something.
March 12th, 2010 at 11:12 pm
Definitely a tattoo!!! That would be awesome!!!

I think I have a Bedazzler you can borrow. What else?
-paint it on a flag and hang it outside your house
-stencil it above your bed
-etch it on your dressing room mirror
-make it into one of those meat branders (like people do with their initials so they can sear their initials into their steak)
-iron it onto your gym bag
-make it into a button and pass them out when you’re running for world domination
Can’t wait to see what you pick!

I love doodling!
I think you should make it your header in bright, fun colors or a blog button.
Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest!!!

Are you kidding me? I would frame that doodle and hang it above my fireplace. Or I’d at least be turning it into a button and hanging it on my blog. Or make it into a bumper sticker that says “don’t make me hanger you”. I don’t know what that means but I would totally put it on my bumper.
I love the art.

I would totally sport a stick figure like that all over my blog.
I say a vehicle wrap. I work with a guy who– for some reason– has Cheerios all over his car. At least yours makes more sense.

I am going for the t-shirt and custom wallpaper idea. I am thinking a tattoo might be a bit too far. Unless you did a henna one.

I definitely like the tattoo idea! And your doodle is WAAAAY better than something I could do. Artistic? Me? HELL NO!
P.S. I’ve left a little something for you over on my blog.
